I had issue with my LG fridge not being cold enough. I reached out to LG support and they sent a technician from Home and Appliance Medic to help me take a look at the fridge.
The technician promptly did all the troubleshooting and helped me replace the compressor. The fridge is working like new now.

The compressor on my 3 year old refrigerator went out a week ago. LG initially gave me the run around even though the fridge has a 5 year warranty. Home and Appliance Medic was the second vendor that accepted the work order. Mulk communicated upfront and was proactive by coming with the part. He was professional and it only took him an hour to install. Would recommend.
Just got my refrigerator serviced by home and appliance medic. Mulk was fantastic in providing excellent service. My fridge runs perfectly and is like new. Great communication and accommodation. I highly recommend.
Awesome service. Communicated well regarding working needed. Arrived on time and quickly went to work fixing refrigerator.

I was given this company’s number by LG to fix my LG fridge. I was a little worried to be honest but Home and Appliance Medic LLC.did amazing. I called the number and they were able to get me scheduled much faster than LG. The tech named Mulk called prior to arrival to let me know he was coming. We don’t wear shoes in our house but he had boot covers. He laid down floor covers to protect my house while he worked. He was courteous, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
