Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled appliance repair professional to service both home warranty and manufacturer warranty jobs. You must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the appliance repair industry.

The Ideal Candidate Should Be:

• Proficient in working with both new and older appliances

• Skilled in handling refrigerator sealed system repairs

• Well-groomed, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance and communication

• Flexible with scheduling

• Possessing a valid Driver’s License and own vehicle (required)

Summary

As a Home Appliance Technician, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, top-quality appliance repair services. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you’ll apply your mechanical expertise to diagnose and repair appliances while offering exceptional customer service. Your skills will contribute to efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances

• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

• Provide outstanding customer support and clear communication

• Use mechanical and electrical knowledge to perform repairs

• Maintain accurate documentation of each service call

• Work with other team members to improve service delivery

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
